I understand that starting therapy can feel daunting, especially if you’ve had negative experiences in the past. My professional and personal background allows me to connect with clients in a way that feels safe, practical, and empowering—while also offering you tangible tools to navigate life’s challenges.
I have experience working with adults facing trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and low self-esteem. I use a strengths-based approach to identify what’s already working for you, then help you build a tailored set of strategies to foster resilience and emotional well-being. My therapeutic work draws from cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and narrative therapy, and I customize each session to fit your unique needs and goals. You deserve a space to be heard, understood, and supported—let’s work together to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
I also have experience working with children as young as five. It’s a scary experience to entrust your child to a therapist, especially if you have had negative experiences in the past. My life experiences make me uniquely suited to connect with your child and give you tangible direction on how to support your child to process their lives and move forward. My primary therapeutic approaches include cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and narrative therapy. I welcome an opportunity to come alongside your family.
I currently offer sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and on Saturday and work with ages 5 through adult. I accept BCBS, Aetna, Priority Health, and McLaren. For those without insurance or who prefer to self-pay, I offer a sliding scale in cases of hardship.
