Deciding to start therapy can be a daunting task. But one way to ensure that it will be successful and enjoyable is by selecting a therapist that has experience in what you may be dealing with, and whose personality and beliefs can harmonize with your own.
Are you a woman that has found yourself in the middle of adulthood navigating challenges you never dreamed? Perhaps you are white knuckling to adapt to marriage, parenthood, divorce, or job loss? Jennifer is passionate about helping women just like you to create a more meaningful and purposeful life. For over a decade, she has helped hundreds of clients make positive changes in their lives by offering a calm, welcoming environment that focuses on identifying and challenging negative thought patterns to change the way you relate to your circumstances.
She received her MA from Eastern Michigan University, and BA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She offers traditional psychotherapy with the option of using a faith-based approach for those requesting to incorporate their spiritual beliefs and practices into their individualized therapy.
