Kierra Baretich, LLMSW
Limited License Social Worker
In a letter to the Corinthians, Paul says that there are three things that remain with us: faith, hope, and love, the greatest being love. A beautiful phrase, but one so often many of us feel separated from in our present lives. Many instead most palpably experience confusion, isolation, anxiety, sorrow, numbness; an overall divide in their relationships. I work in partnership with my clients, the Holy Spirit, and trauma informed treatment modalities to help clients heal and move toward this life of love, faith, and hope God has provided for them.
Some of the modalities you’ll see in session with me include some traditional talk therapy (in the form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative therapy, etc.) while others dive into resources beyond what words can offer (such as Play therapy, meditation, and art therapy). Though faith driven, I am comfortable working with people in all walks of life, and will meet clients where they are, as they are.
